One of the most memorable and enjoyable shows I ever played was on 25th September 2011. Myself, Steven Stapleton and Rick Tomlinson joined Jean-Hervé Peron with his Art Error Ist project at the legendary Trades Club in Hebden Bridge.
The show was chaotic and anarchic. It was an evening when amplifiers blew up and shards of porcelain flew across the crowd. There was the wielding of chainsaws, the stench of petrol and Steven Stapleton creating art live on stage. It was dangerous and unpredictable, the owners of the venue were far from happy with our complete disregard for health and safety laws.
This live recording doesn’t really convey the pandemonium of the night but IT IS a souvenir of a wonderful and unforgettable evening.
