1.) WHICH RECORD HAS HAD THE MOST PROFOUND INFLUENCE ON YOU?
Mon dieu! It is tres difficile… What should I pick among all the beautiful records that I listened to?? You are cruel to ask such questions, I prefer not to answer 🙂

2.) HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SPEND A WEEK RECORDING/PLAYING/CREATING?
Recording: 0 hours.
Playing: (Singing/fooling around with sound sources of all kinds including such as my footsteps, abusing my guitar etc.) 3 to 4 hours [on] average daily?
Creating: As an adept of Fluxus, I honestly can say: 24 hours a day at least!

3.) WHICH OF YOUR OWN CREATIONS IS YOUR FAVOURITE?
Two faUSt tunes which I consider are entirely mine: “laueft… heisst das es laueft oder es kommt bald”, (aka “Psalter”) and “The Sad Skinhead”.

4.) WHAT IS YOUR BIGGEST REGRET?
Although I had sworn to never regret anything, I confess, a few things burden my soul:
To have stolen some money from my mother’s wallet when I was a kid and have betrayed my wife’s trust as an adult.

5.) WHAT DO YOU DO TO RELAX?
I vacuum-clean large rooms while listening on loop to a song I like.

6.) OTHER THAN FRIENDS AND FAMILY WHAT IS YOUR MOST CHERISHED POSSESSION?
My guitar [a] Takamine Esp62 CP132SC.

Edith Piaf, my mother, the actual Dalai Lama.

8.) WHERE IS YOUR FAVOURITE PLACE IN THE WORLD?
I have two:
When I am home in Schiphorst, my favorite place is to be “on the road”.
When I am on the road, my favourite place is “Home”.

9.) IF YOU DIDN’T HAVE YOUR ART WHAT OCCUPATION DO YOU THINK YOU WOULD BE DOING?
I would like to be my dog but it is not a real “occupation”, is it?

10.) IF THERE IS ONE THING THAT YOU WOULD WANT THE WORLD TO KNOW ABOUT YOU THAT YOU HAVE NEVER CONVEYED IN AN INTERVIEW BEFORE WHAT WOULD THAT BE?
