1.) WHICH RECORD HAS HAD THE MOST PROFOUND INFLUENCE ON YOU?
Probably a peculiar LP I heard at the age of about age 5 at my grannie’s house. A cover of “Do You Know The Way To San Jose”. I listened to it over and over. It awoke thrilling feelings I had never experienced before.
2.) HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SPEND A WEEK RECORDING/PLAYING/CREATING?
That depends on the week. But my brain is on all the time.
3.) WHICH OF YOUR OWN CREATIONS IS YOUR FAVOURITE?
If you are asking about my own personal LPs then I like the 20,000 Leagues LP I’ve just done. As for the Trunk LP releases, they all give me equal pleasure. I look back at them and like what I have made.
4.) WHAT IS YOUR BIGGEST REGRET?
I don’t have any really big ones. Maybe not starting to work for myself sooner.
5.) WHAT DO YOU DO TO RELAX?
I’m not sure I can ever relax. See 2.
6.) OTHER THAN FRIENDS AND FAMILY WHAT IS YOUR MOST CHERISHED POSSESSION?
7.) TELL ME THREE OF YOUR HEROES/HEROINES?
The Martin Brothers. There were four of them so that’s my answer all used up and I’ve not really got started yet.
8.) WHERE IS YOUR FAVOURITE PLACE IN THE WORLD?
In bed with my wife.
9.) IF YOU DIDN’T HAVE YOUR ART WHAT OCCUPATION DO YOU THINK YOU WOULD BE DOING?
Fashion. Or TV. Or drugs.
10.) IF THERE IS ONE THING THAT YOU WOULD WANT THE WORLD TO KNOW ABOUT YOU THAT YOU HAVE NEVER CONVEYED IN AN INTERVIEW BEFORE WHAT WOULD THAT BE?
I’ve had that question before and I’m still not telling.
